About this ritual
A genuine Lithuanian smoke sauna (dūminė pirtis) built from hand-hewn cedar logs in the Pavilniai Regional Park. No chimney — the smoke fills the room during the four-hour heating, then clears slowly. What remains is a soft, clean heat unlike any other kind. A cold barrel plunge sits twelve steps from the sauna door. A firepit circle for between rounds. This is not a spa experience. This is a ritual.
